Returns & Exchanges

All exchanges and cancellations must be made within 7 days of receiving the item by written notification to info@cipherism.com. We are able to exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability and that you cover the difference. You will need to return the item for exchange to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Once we receive them, we will ship the replacement item to you at our cost. You may be required to pay duties and taxes.

For refunds we will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost, within 30 days of receiving the item. You will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned to:

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Shoeboxes should be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Shoes

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as dust bags and tags should be included with your return. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our office. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your returned package. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Faulty goods

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. However, if you do receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@cipherism.com.
